Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We ship Monday to Saturday, with limited dispatch on Sundays and national/public holidays.

Delivery time: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on all orders across India.

Payment options:

• Prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking) — recommended for the fastest processing.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available with a small ₹50 COD handling fee added at checkout.

Serviceable areas: We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details by email/SMS so you can follow it to your door.

Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates. While we dispatch promptly, we aren't responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
